Nine Years of Hard Work, Nine Years of United Progress.To celebrate the 9th anniversary of Haichuan Shengshi Group, enrich team culture and strengthen team cohesion, on September 6, 2026, all employees of the company visited Aodemann Winery for a team‑building activity themed “Nine Years of Trials and Hardships, Marching Towards a New Decade”. We looked back on our years of hard work and set off for a brand‑new journey.
The ceremony kicked off with the solemn national anthem, followed by all employees singing the company anthem Grateful Heart.
As the lights dimmed softly, we lit the birthday candles marking the company’s 9th anniversary. All staff sang the birthday song together to celebrate Haichuan Shengshi’s ninth birthday.
In his speech, Chairman Li Chonghai reviewed the group’s nine‑year development journey. He expressed gratitude to all employees for their perseverance and dedication, who have fulfilled the philosophy “Those who travel light go far; those who work hard achieve lasting success” through professionalism and commitment in their posts. He also thanked clients and partners for their trust and opportunities, as well as friends from all walks of life for their support and encouragement for the development of Haiyin New Environment. Looking ahead, the group will remain united as one, further deepen its business in smart environmental protection and circular economy, strive to be a conscientious enterprise, and fulfill its social responsibilities.
Nine years of growth would not be possible without companionship. We cherish every passion and dedication. At the celebration, Wang Linlin, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Yang Xiaolong, representative of the Technical Department, delivered speeches of gratitude.
To set good examples, listen to employees’ voices and rally motivation, an appointment ceremony was held on‑site. Wang Jiaxing was appointed as employee representative and presented with an appointment certificate.

To nurture talent reserves and encourage employees’ children to pursue higher education, in accordance with the Haichuan Shengshi Talent Reserve and Reward Plan, the company granted a special reward to the daughter of Cui Xiaofeng, who was admitted to postgraduate studies. Wang Jie, Secretary of the Board of Directors, presented the award.
Promoting learning through competitions and empowering growth with technical skills. The ceremony recognized winners of the Workshop Skills Competition. Wang Linlin, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Wang Yong, Production Director, presented awards to the winning employees in recognition of front‑line workers’ pursuit of technical excellence.
Innovation is the core driving force for enterprise development. To recognize achievements in research and development, a special R&D bonus was awarded to the scraper conveyor project R&D team, encouraging all staff to pursue breakthroughs and forge ahead.
